This sheet will simply and easily calculate how much you should be allowing in tenders, day rates etc for a car / van or other vehicle needed.
You simply populate the green cells and the rest is automatic, this will then convert to a price per mile with notes such as considering a minimum charge (e.g if working locally and not doing much work but the shift meaning costs such as insurance / finance still incurred).
The sheet is pre-populated to give an example, but simply overwrite the green cells and this will update.
***IMPORTANT***
Update the Overhead & Profit percentage to match what your business needs, otherwise even best case you'll only cover cost and this will drag down profit on rates in tenders.
